We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.
Any patient or carer of a patient registered with the practice is welcome to attend our Patient Participation Forum to give us your views about the services we provide and work with us to improve them.
If you are unable to attend the meetings, or have any special requirements, but would still like to have your say on what happens at the practice, then please contact Pauline Leybourne Wellbeing Co-Ordinator on 0191 477 2169 . She will also be available to take any suggestions you may have for items to add to agendas for future meetings.
We value your opinions on areas such as access and patient experience. We would also like to hear about your interests within the practice or the services we could provide which you feel would be beneficial to you, for example practice support groups for a particular condition.
